The Daily Shoot is a simple routine that encourages the daily practice of photography. The idea was hatched with my good friend and photographer James Duncan Davidson.

Every day a new photo assignment is tweeted to the @dailyshoot Twitter account. Photographers tweet a reply that mentions the @dailyshoot user, the assignment hashtag, and a link to a photo. The site aggregates and displays photos for each assignment and photographer.

This is a Ruby on Rails application that makes extensive use of the Twitter API and a variety of photo sharing services. It's hosted on Heroku.
